1. What is included in a modal set?
Each modal set includes one premium modal hijab and one custom-dyed matching undercap.

2. Are the undercaps matched to the hijab colour?
Yes. Our modal sets include custom-dyed matching undercaps designed to pair closely with each hijab shade.

3. What size are your hijabs?
Our regular hijab size is approximately 180 × 70 cm. Please allow up to ±5 cm variation due to custom cutting.

4. Are your fabrics breathable?
Yes. We focus on breathable fabrics chosen for comfort, drape, and everyday wear.

5. Will the colour look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but slight differences may appear depending on lighting and screen settings.

6. How should I care for my hijab?
Hand wash cold separately, dry flat in shade, and use a cool iron if needed. Steaming is preferred where possible.

7. Can I use pins?
To help protect the fabric, we recommend using magnet pins or a soft clip where possible.

8. When will my order be dispatched?

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

11. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review it fairly.
