Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items (please report within 7 days of delivery)

We inspect every piece with care before it leaves us. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve it promptly.

To help us review your request, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Please email us at emirae.brands@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of what occurred.

We reserve the right to decline a request if the issue is found to be caused by improper use or post-delivery damage — including pin holes, pulling, snags, heat or steam damage, or washing.

Order changes & cancellations

Due to our prompt fulfilment process, we're unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. Please double-check your details at checkout.

A note on colour

We do our best to display true-to-life shades. However, lighting and screen settings may affect how colours appear. If you're deciding between shades, we'd love to help you choose — just reach out before ordering.
